Department 13 was built in 1969/91. In the department you will find 18 youth accommodations.
Location is the northern part of Sønderborg - approx. 2 km from Sønderborg centre. Close to green surroundings, beach, water and shopping areas.
The accommodations are not handicap-friendly.
Parking area available.
Smoking is allowed in the accommodations.
Consumption:
Settlement of consumption for electricity, water and heat must be paid directly to the utility companies.
Domestic appliances:
Minimum 2 cooking plates, cooker hood, fridge - possibly with a small freezer.
Internet and TV:
The department is not connected to any cable service provider. Please provide yourself.
Pets:
Pets of any kind not allowed.
Laundry:
Access to joint laundry room. If possible, you are allowed to install laundry machine in your own accommodation.
Parking:
Access to parking area. Tenants in the department can also rent a garage or a carport.
You cannot rent a parking space.
Storage room:
There is no storage room.
The tenants of the department can rent an extra room.
