The accommodations are situated in Ketting - very close to Augustenborg. 

Attic accommodations in a historic building and close to the main road between Sønderborg and Nordborg.

Very good bus connections.

The accommodations have own kitchen and bathroom with toilet - and storage room. Also access to bike shed/basement and joint laundry in the basement under the main building. The department is serviced by a janitor, has a newer playground and is situated in a small village with short distance to shopping facilities, public transportation, school, etc.

The accommodations have access to fibre-optic broadband. The accommodations are not part of any cable service provider. You must sign up yourself at own expense.

The accommodations are not handicap-friendly, the accomodations are at 2nd floor.

You have access to parking spaces.

Smoking is allowed in the accommodation.

Pets:
You are allowed to have 1 dog or 1 cat.

Public utility:
Water and heat are incl. your rent. Electricity must be settled directly with the utility company.

Domestic appliances:
Cooking plates, cooker hood, and refrigerator.
