The accommodations are located at Augustenborg Landevej in Ulkebøl, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg.

Very close to shopping facilities, school, kindergarten and sports facilities.

You will find good bus connections just outside your door - from Augustenborg Landevej.

All accommodations have own kitchen and bathroom. You also have access to bike shed/basement and common laundry room.

The accommodations are not handicap-friendly. Some of the accommodations are on ground floor, some on 1st and 2nd floor.

Smoking is allowed in your accommodation.

Parking spaces available.

A janitor is associated to the area.

Water, heat and electricity is paid on account every month and will be settled separately with the housing association.
