The Prins Henrik dorm is renovated during early Summer 2024 and is located in green surroundings close to Sønderborg city center, schools, shopping, harbor, beaches and forest.
The building will be dormitory until other dormitories and youth accommodations will be available in Sønderborg.
The dorm consists of:
- 1-room accommodation (18 m² net) with shared bathroom and common kitchen (23 pcs.)
- 1-room accommodation (18 m² net) with own bathroom and common kitchen (11 pcs.)
- 1-room accommodation (19 m² net) with shared bathroom and common kitchen (1 pc.)
- 1-room accommodation (25 m² net) with shared bathroom and common kitchen (4 pc.s)
- 2-room accommodation (31 m² net) with own bathroom and common kitchen (1 pc.)
- 2-room accommodation (30 m² net) with own bathroom and common kitchen (6 pcs.)
- 3-room accommodation (39 m² net) with own bathroom and common kitchen (1 pc.)
- 1-room accommodation (30 m² net) with own bath room and common kitchen (1 pc.)
The accommodations are situated in one block in 2 floors.
All accommodations are unfurnished.
All accommodations have access to common kitchen at their own floor.
Some accommodations have own bathroom, most accommodations share bathroom with max. 3 other 1-room accommodations.
The rent is included the consumption of heat, electricity and water.
