18 youth accommodations in an older building (build in 1970/large renovation in 2005). Small apartments with kitchenette and own toilet/bathroom.
Situated very close to the center. And also close to green areas, beach and water, and shopping.
Accommodations on ground floor have garden.
The accommodations are not handicap-friendly.
Parking space available.
Smoking is allowed.
Domestic appliances
Stove with cooker hood and refrigerator with small freezer compartment.
Public utility
Electricity and water consumption paid on account each month via rent. Tenant must settle heat consumption directly with Sønderborg Fjernvarme.
Internet and TV
The tenant orders and pays for the internet and television subscription. DOA service and administration fee is charged via the rent - DKK 25,- per month.
Common laundry
You have access to common laundry.
Pets
You are allowed to have 1 dog (max. 8 kg) or 1 cat.
