Kollegie 6400 will be in already existing building and will be renovated during Summer 2025 - ready from September 1, 2025.
The dorm will be available until other dormitories adn youth accommodations will be ready in Sønderborg.
Kollegie 6400 is located in a calm neighborhood close to other dorms, schools, Sønderborg city center, harbour, beaches and forest.
The dorm consists of a 2-storey building with a total of:
- 21 pcs. 1-room accommodations (19m2) with own bathroom and furniture
- 21 pcs. 1-room accommodations (19m2) with own newly-renovated bathroom and furniture
- 6 pcs. 1-room accommodations (19m2) with own bathroom, furniture and own terrace
The accommodations are all furnished and equipped with bed, desk, chair, curtain and ceiling lamp.
All accommodations have access to a shared kitchen to be found on ground floor - and all accommodations have own fridge with small freezer in the accommodation.
No pets of any kind allowed.
There is NO access to internet!
The rent is included the consumption of heat, electricity and water.
