Accommodation for immediate occupancyDeposit?
If you are moving out of your dorm room, the following happens:
No later than 14 days before your rightful termination date, you will have a moving out inspection together with your janitor in your accommodation.
Approx. 6 weeks after you moved out, you will receive the final settlement of your accommodation (or 4 weeks after we received your consumption of heat, electricity, and water or any invoice from craftsmen).
You will receive an email with the final settlement and a confirmation of where your deposit is going to be transferred (as you informed us in your termination of the tenancy lease contract). It is very important that you inform of correct bank and account information!
Remember: Also heat, electricity and hot water will be settled.
If you move internally from one dorm room to another, we CANNOT transfer your deposit to the new dorm room!
