106 youth accommodations in 3 old buildings being lighly renovated and available as youth accommodations in Sønderborg, until other student accommodations will be available in a few years.
The youth accommodations in department Nørager will be ready for move in on respectively August 1, August 15 and September 1, 2025.
The area is part of a construction site. Please read here!
The accommodations are located in green areas close to the centre of Sønderborg, schools, shopping, harbour, beach and forest.
Accommodations in ground floor have a small garden. Accommodations on 1. and 2. floors have large closed balconies.
The accommodations are not handicap-friendly.
No furnture available. Lamps in bathrooms and kitchens.
Parking area for free.
Smoking allowed.
Following accommodations available:
- 1-room acc. (36m2 net) with bathroom and kitchen (allowed for 1 person)
- 2-room acc. (36m2 net) with bathroom and kitchen (allowed for 2 persons)
- 2-room acc. (52m2 net) with bathroom and kitchen (allowed for 2 persons)
- 3-room acc. (92m2 net) with bathroom and kitchen (allowed for 3 persons)
- 4-room acc. (108m2 net) with bathroom and kitchen (allowed for 4 persons)
Domestic appliances
All kitchens have own fridge with freezer compartment and stove an cooker hood. 1-room acc. of 36 m2 net does not have a stowe, but 2 cooking plates!
Public utility
Consumption of heat is included in the rent. Consumption of electricity and water will be paid on account with the rent every month.
Internet
No internet or television accessible. To be ordered and paid for by the tenant.
Common laundry
You have access to common laundry.
