Not all dorms and youth accommodations have access to internet - read more about what each dorm offers.

To get connected to the internet at your dormitory you must use a cable or the code for wifi.

If your internet does not work, please contact your janitor as follows:

Monday-Friday: 7.30-15.30 
Friday: 7.30-12.00

The janitor will upon agreement with you come to your room to check the router and your internet connection. If he finds an error at either the router or the plug in the wall, he will contact the internet support.

Alternatively, contact: support@gidion.dk. (Monday to Friday 08.00 am to 04.00 pm. Friday 08.00 am to 03.00 pm).

Remember to write your dorm and room No.

If you have a router with both 2G and 5G, be aware to just be connected to either 2G OR 5G - or the connection will jump from one to the other resulting in bad connection.
