Kærvej-kollegiet is renovated during Spring 2025 and will be ready from August 1, 2025.

The dorm is a renovated building which will be a dormitory until other dormitories and youth accommodations will be ready in Sønderborg.

The dorm is located in green surroundings close to Sønderborg city center, schools, shopping, harbor, beaches and forest. 

Kærvej-kollegiet is a 2-storey building with a total of:

• 1-room accommodation (21m2 net) with own bathroom and shared kitchen (30 pcs.)
• 1-room accommodation (21m2 net) with own bathroom, furniture and shared kitchen (17 pcs.)
• 1-room accommodation (38m2 net) with own bathroom and shared kitchen (1 pcs.)
• 1-room accommodation (37m2 net) with own bathroom, furniture and shared kitchen (1 pcs.)
• 6-room accommodation (137m2 net) with own bathroom and kitchen and furniture (1 pcs.)

Approx. half of the rooms are unfurnished:

- All rooms on ground floor are unfurnished
- All rooms in the basement are furnished

All rooms have access to a shared kitchen at their own floor. And all rooms have own fridge.

Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with curtains and lamps.

No pets of any kind allowed.

All accommodations have access to wifi.

The rent is included the consumption of heat, electricity and water.
